    A. The apple pay option only appears from apple devices. In case you are using an apple device and not able to use apple pay, please contact us.

Q. Do you ship products outside of Switzerland?

    A. For now, our services are only available in Switzerland.

 Q. How do I return a product purchased?

    A. First please ensure you comply with our return policy. If tag is intact, you can go to "My Orders" under "My Account" then select the order and product purchased where you will find an option to return product. Upon filling the return, a return slip is generated, please ensure to attach return slip along with the product and send it back to us.
